SK Sarah, your Operator

Morning Michael. Sleep was 6h10, below your baseline. Today: keep the 8 AM session, walk after lunch, dinner is the salmon bowl at 6 PM. You fly Thursday and the travel plan is ready.

Perfect, thanks.

Lots of tools. Nobody in charge.

Michael is 44, runs a 120-person company and already spends on his health. Here is a normal week.

  1. Mon Lab results land in a portal with three flags. He means to look later.
  2. Tue Flight to Chicago. Misses his trainer. Hotel breakfast, no plan.
  3. Wed His ring reports poor sleep, three nights running. He sees it. He can't act on it.
  4. Thu A chatbot explains his vitamin D result well. The follow-up never gets booked.
  5. Fri Home late, exhausted, orders takeout. His supplements run out.

Every tool gave him information. None of them did anything. The gap isn't knowledge; it's follow-through across a busy, traveling life.

One person runs your week. An AI and licensed experts back them up.

The engine notices and drafts. Your Operator decides and acts. Anything clinical goes to a licensed dietitian, pharmacist or physician first.

  1. Notice

Watches sleep, calendar, labs and texts, so nobody has to ask.

  2. Draft

Proposes the message and the bookings behind it, following expert playbooks.

  3. Decide

Your Operator approves or edits in under a minute. Anything clinical waits for an expert.

    Clinical? An expert signs off

  4. Do

Bookings, orders and reschedules happen in the real world.

  5. Learn

What the Operator keeps approving unchanged becomes automatic.

What actually gets handled.

Each of these is a real screen or text from the product, not a promise.

One message, every morning

Built from last night's sleep and today's calendar. Everything else happens backstage.

Decision: retest in six weeks. Sarah booked the draw.

When life gets busy, the plan shrinks

Apps lose people when they fall off. A person who adapts instead of nagging is why members stay.

You've been slammed since the fundraise started, and sleep is down four nights. No lecture. Want me to cut the plan to two things for two weeks?

Yes please. It's chaos.

Plan: lights out by 11:30 and a morning walk, until the 15th

Ninety days, and almost no homework.

Your effort goes down. Your follow-through goes up.

  1. Day 1

    One 45-minute call

Pick one goal, not ten. We map your doctor, trainer, supplements, meals and travel. You just answer.

  2. Week 1

    The plan goes live

Baseline test booked, supplements reviewed by a dietitian, trainer synced to your travel, meals set up. You reply "yes".

  3. Every day

    One message

A morning text built from your sleep and your calendar. Travel plans are ready before you land.

  4. Day 90

    Did the one thing change?

The Operator console is already running.

A text, a short night or a new trip becomes a ready-to-send draft.

Information is becoming free. Execution isn't.

We use the same AI models behind the scenes. The difference is what's wrapped around them: a person, a memory, and the ability to act.

A chatbot on its own compared with Project 90
QuestionA chatbot on its ownProject 90
Who starts the conversation? You, when you remember We do, every morning
Who remembers your history? Only what you paste in Everything, always
Who books, orders, reschedules? You do Your Operator does
What happens when you travel? Nothing, unless you ask The plan adapts before you land
Who checks the clinical part? Nobody Licensed experts
Who is accountable at day 90? No one A named person, with a review

Broad on logistics. Strict on anything clinical.

The AI never makes a clinical call, and neither does your Operator. These lines are enforced in the software, not left to judgment.

We just do it

  • Book labs and appointments
  • Reorder supplements your dietitian approved
  • Schedule trainers, meals and massage
  • Build travel plans
  • Track follow-through

An expert approves first

  • New supplements
  • Changes to the plan
  • Reading lab results
  • Nutrition plans that need a license

We refer you out

  • Diagnosis
  • Prescriptions or medication changes
  • Treating a disease
  • Urgent symptoms, answered at once

One membership. One person running your week.

Concierge health programs for executives usually cost $7,500 to $85,000 a year. Project 90 does the work for about $6,000.

Apply for a founding seat

Tell us the one thing.

We're opening the first 20 seats in New York. The founder reads every application.

  1. 1

We reply within two working days

If it looks like a fit, we suggest a time.

  2. 2

    One 45-minute call

We map your world and agree the one goal.

  3. 3

Your plan goes live within a week

You meet your Operator by text the same day.

We use this only to review your application. No health information needed.

Good to know

Anything else, ask us in your application.

No. Project 90 is a wellness and logistics service. We don't diagnose, treat or prescribe. Licensed experts write our playbooks and review anything clinical, and anything that needs care goes to your own doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

No. If you wear an Oura ring, or keep sleep in Apple Health or Health Connect, connecting it helps us notice things like a run of short nights. Nothing is estimated: if there is no reading, we don't pretend there is one.

Your Operator sees the trip on your calendar and has the plan ready before you land: sleep timing, a hotel session, meals delivered to your hotel, anything you forgot.

It will. When you go quiet, we cut the plan back to the essentials instead of nagging, and pick it up again when you're ready.

Your Operator and, when needed, the licensed expert reviewing your case. We collect only what the service uses, never sell it, and keep health details out of notifications.

Yes. Billing is monthly with no lock-in. At day 90 you review the numbers together and decide: a new goal, a pause, or stop.
