What we collect

Only what the service uses: your contact details, the goal you choose, your messages with your Operator, and, if you connect them, sleep, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate from your wearable or phone. Lab results only if you share them.

Who sees it

Your Operator and, when needed, the licensed expert reviewing your case. We never sell your data. Health values are kept out of notifications.

Your choices

You can disconnect a wearable at any time, and ask us to export or delete your data.
